Medical Director
Dr. Chester Bradstreet is a Medical Doctor in Anchorage, Alaska. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and has been in practice for over 10 years. Dr. Bradstreet treats a broad range of conditions.
When he is not helping others, Dr. Bradstreet enjoys hiking, backpacking, fly fishing, the outdoors, and traveling.
Hannah Toberman, PA
Physician Assistant
Hannah Toberman is a certified Physician Assistant with a background in general medicine. She earned her degree at Baldwin Wallace University in 2019. She began her career in the United States Air Force. When stationed at JBER, she quickly fell in love with Alaska’s people, pace, and natural beauty—so she decided to make it home.
At Arctic Medical Center, Hannah brings her medical experience and her passion for aesthetics to provide comprehensive care. She performs medical aesthetics procedures as a certified Botox injector. She manages injections for medical weight loss. She also performs a variety of pain management procedures, including trigger point injections, battlefield acupuncture and Botox for chronic migraines and TMJ disorder.
Outside of work, you’ll find Hannah exploring Alaska with her dog—whether she’s hiking, running, skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, or camping.
Briana Holston, RN
Briana Holston is a dedicated RN and beauty nurse injector with a holistic approach to beauty and pain relief. With 8 years of experience as a massage therapist prior to becoming a nurse, Briana brings a unique perspective to her work.
Briana’s passion lies in connecting with her patients and helping them achieve their pain and beauty goals. She takes pride in building lifelong relationships with her patients and providing personalized care. Outside of work, Briana enjoys exploring the great outdoors of Alaska with her family.
Briana is a Certified Botox and Filler Injector as well as a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist.
Tania Honeycutt, CCLT
Tania Honeycutt, Licensed Healthcare Provider, Certified Cosmetic Laser Technician, LMT, NCBTMB, Certified Gainswave & Femiwave Provider, Certified Lipo Laser, Cryoskin & EmFace Specialist, has a passion for noninvasive treatments. Tania works closely with the other providers in office to give you the best individualized care possible.
Tania enjoys life in Alaska with hobbies of exploring the outdoors to experimenting in the kitchen. She is thankful to share these moments and make memories with her children and close friends.
Moira Lathrop
Administrative Specialist
Moira is a full-time student at UAA, licensed UAV and pilot. She enjoys everything outdoors that Alaska has to offer. You might find Moira on the ski trails in winter or fishing and camping in the summer. She is here to help you get scheduled for all your rejuvenating needs!

Andrea recently graduated from Montana State University with a BS in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. She is applying to medical school and aspires to provide rural pediatric care in Alaska. She enjoys being in nature, eating good food, and laughing with loved ones. She is also here to help you get scheduled for all your rejuvenating needs!
