Scheduling Policy
$25 deposit is required to hold the appointment or a card must be placed on file and a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost will be applied as a no show fee if necessary. A minimum of $25 is required for this policy to apply. All treatments under $25 will be charged the full amount if a no show occurs.
