Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, while no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment; additional rescheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee. While most consultations are complimentary, consultation no-shows will be subject to a $50 fee. All service sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for services purchased or performed.
